INSLEE’S ‘7 ALARM FIRE’ OF OUR ECONOMY

April 3, 2020 The Seattle Times reported Inslee’s announcement of ‘a 7th alarm fire’ on the budget for our beloved State of Washington.

When a fire gets to the ‘7th alarm’, all resources have already been brought in, and the procedure now is to get everyone out of the burning building, because it is about to collapse, and pour as much water on it as possible. The goal is to protect all life and the safety of the adjacent buildings.

Inslee has brought our state budget to the point of collapse! Examination of his past actions should warn us all, he has no knowledge, strategy, or skills to build anything. He has demonstrated he can not maintain anything in any kind of working order. His only true goals have been to garner as much taxpayer funds as possible for his pet projects.

He is trying to do CPR on our economy while reading the instruction book for applying CPR. It simply doesn’t work!

The next leader of our beloved Washington State needs to have the strategy, knowledge and decision making skills to choose what to let burn and to save what can be saved, in order to have the best and strongest foundation on which to build our future.

“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near. Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Keep on doing the things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and peace of God will be with you.” Philippians 4: 4-9

We desperately need a statesman as our next governor, NOT a politician! The road ahead of this state will be rocky and rough enough, without a politician’s agenda too.

WE CAN REBUILD!
